To redeem the $10.00 rebate, the following conditions must be met:

1. Eligible purchase: Purchase one (1) bag of Vetradent® Veggie Chews for Small, Medium, or Large dogs between October 15, 2025, and February 28, 2026, inclusive.

2. Submission requirements: To claim the rebate, you must complete the online submission form available at www.vetradentpromo.ca and upload a legible copy of the original purchase receipt issued by your veterinary clinic. Submissions must be received no later than March 31, 2026.

3. Quantity limitations: A maximum of three (3) bags can be redeemed per household mailing address.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. Eligibility: Purchases must be made in Canada between October 15, 2025, and February 28, 2026. This rebate is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

2. Rebate Payment: Valid submissions will entitle the claimant to a rebate in the amount of $10.00 CAD per qualifying purchase. Rebates will be issued in the form of a cheque. Please allow up to eight (8) weeks from receipt of a valid claim for processing and delivery. If you have not received anything after 8 weeks, contact us at vetradentpromo@redemco.com.

3. Submission Deadline: All rebate claims must be submitted online no later than March 31, 2026. Late, incomplete, illegible, or fraudulent claims will not be honoured.

4. Documentation: Only clear scans or images of the original purchase receipt issued by the veterinary clinic will be accepted. Your invoice must clearly indicate the name of the product purchased, the date of purchase, the invoice number and the name and address of the Veterinary clinic. Claims lacking this information will be deemed incomplete and automatically rejected. Debit card, credit card and bank statements are not accepted.

5. Limitations: Maximum of three (3) valid rebate submissions per household mailing address. Multiple claims submitted for the same purchase receipt will not be honoured. Only one invoice can be submitted per claim, if you have purchased eligible products on multiple invoices, please fill out a separate claim for each invoice.

6. Responsibility: Dechra Veterinary Products is not responsible for lost, misdirected, damaged, illegible, or incomplete submissions, nor for any delay or failure in mail delivery or electronic transmission.

7. Compliance: This rebate program is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws and regulations. Fraudulent submissions may result in prosecution under applicable law.

8. Modification/Termination: Dechra reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel this rebate program at any time without prior notice.

IMPORTANT NOTICE TO CUSTOMERS: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the veterinary invoice clearly displays the full product name(s) and the purchase date. Claims missing this information will be rejected.

IMPORTANT NOTICE TO VETERINARIANS: Please ensure that invoices provided to clients include accurate and complete product names and purchase dates. Failure to provide this documentation will result in your client’s rebate claim being deemed invalid.
